Cuusoo has posted on their blog that they are going to announce the results of their summer review on thursday with a video message.
Its been over 6 months since they entered review, So I am glad to see an update
just as a recap, the projects are, Modular Western Town, The Legend of Zelda, BTTF DeLorean Time machine, and EVE Online – Rifter.
So what do you guys think the results will be?
This is pretty big news, its pretty much everywhere. Disney has bought Lucasfilm and have announced that they are making movies 7,8, and 9.
Honestly I dont know what to think of this. under Disneys wings it could either go the way of the marvel franchise and be a great thing to happen to Star Wars, or they could totally mess things up.
what I’m interested to see is what new LEGO sets come out of this.

Hello! Michaelvortex here.
as you know brickcon was this last weekend, So my twin brother (MaverickDengo), father, sister, and some friends loaded up into the car and hopped on a ferry over to seattle sunday morning. Upon arrival the lines where ok, but as the day progressed the place got packed! I could hardly take a picture without someone bumping me and messing up my pictures 🙂
There were tons of amazing models to see. Some highlights included a Gigantic throne with a brick built ocean king (from the series 7 minifigs) which had some dancing shark guys and swimming mermaids underneath, a massive Hogwarts School/Castle (I’ve never seen Harry Potter) with cut away sections and detailed interior, a gigantic Seattle Space Needle and a smaller one with some superheroes flying around it, a giant atlantis themed scorpion walker/submarine thing, some awesome pirate ships, and many many other amazing builds!
We where there for about two hours and took in all the sights. We decided to head out about noon to go home. As we where leaving we found Steve/HappyPappy. He walked right past me because of course he didn’t know what I looked like, 😛 so I went up to him and said hi. My twin brother and I talked to him for a couple minutes and found out we barely missed running into each other at the LEGO store on thursday. We snapped a pic with him and then headed home.
All in all, we had a great time! The convention was awesome and there was tons to see! I hope to see more of you guys there next year!
This video has been posted a few places, I thought I would share it here for you all to see. 🙂 Happy Birthday LEGO!!!
