The Cuusoo Mars Curiosity Rover set has been revealed, check http://blog.lego.cuusoo.com/2013/12/18/lego-nasa-mars-curiosity-rover/ for more info
The 2014 Marvel sets are snoopable and there are some somewhat interesting tidbits.
This is pretty great for all the electrical zappy parts, but of particular interest is Electro’s transparent arms. We are that much closer to a Mythran fig.
I’m seriously not up on all my superhero variations, and have only watched a couple episodes of Ultimate Spiderman, so was not aware of this Green Goblin. Seems kind of useless outside the context of the character with this big dopey costume but maybe the head comes off.
This set looks like it will be of good value. The Modok looks hilarious and Falcon’s wings look to be the Egyptian wings in red.
White Fang has another great review, this time with the Lego Movie Minifigs. A couple of things that surprised me going through this that wasn’t clear from the previous photos:
Great coon skin hat and seperate beard, these look to be a lot of fun.
Gail’s hair is really cool
So that’s what scribble faced cop means
Abe’s hat and beard are one piece!
New Chima sets coming out, which look interesting enough. Good figs, neat weapons.
What’s of real interest is this new type of joint, or at least a variation on an existing joint system:
Read more at the New Elementary ( which you should be checking out all the time of course ), and from the article it seems that the cup is where the friction is. Old cup and new ball is loose, new cup and old ball is tight.
This is going pretty viral right now, and rightly so.
I don’t know if the whole car is Lego, but it’s all pretty amazing.

Let’s tie it up with the Hobbit game trailer.
Just saw the 2nd one a couple of days ago, and wondering if anyone else was assessing each scene as to how good of a level it will be?
Ah, another roundup successfully tied up.
